Donuts with Dad

Kids...bring the favorite guy in your life to the Mansfield Public Library to celebrate father's day. We'll have games to play and crafts to make. We'll also be serving up some delicious donuts, juice and coffee. So head on over to the library on Saturday morning, June 18 to celebrate father's day.

Computer and Internet Class for Beginners

Please join us for a basis computer and internet class! Learn some basic things about computer use and covers beginner internet use and searching. Also covers instruction on how to use the internet more effectively. Chromebooks are available for use, no need to bring anything.

Drop in E-books and Overdrive help

Do you have questions about using the eBooks and eAudiobooks that we offer through Overdrive? Having trouble downloading content or getting started? We will show you how to use Overdrive on your Kindle, Nook, iPad, smartphone, or other device. No registration for this class is needed. A Mansfield Public Library Card is required to use Overdrive. Please bring your e-device.

The ability to budget, save, and spend money responsibly is a valuable skill in today's economy. However, struggling with the means and time to consider methods of accomplishing these can escape us. Arlington Reads is here to help!

Over the course of six classes, our instructor will be able to help any adult, no matter what age or skill set, to be able to create a personal budget, track spending trends, incorporate real world and life skills, develop savings plans and more; and in an easy-to-understand way.

Square Dancing 101

Square Dancing is a great path to fun and fitness in a social setting. Get started at this six-week series of free weekly classes at the Cliff Nelson Recreation Center. The activity is not strenuous, but moderately physically and mentally challenging. This series is recommended for adults and active seniors. If you find that you enjoy these lessons, expand your horizon by joining one of the dozens of square dance clubs in the North Texas area. Do you want to become a citizen of the United States? Arlington Reads is bringing back citizenship classes to help you achieve your dream!

Join us for our nine-week citizenship classes which will cover civics and United States history, as well as tips to help you pass the citizenship test. These classes are free and you will be provided with everything you need for the class.
